Graeme Obree on HARDtalk

In my opinion, and I’m sure many would agree with me, Graeme Obree is one of the most fascinating cyclists around and I’m not even going to attempt to cover all that he has achieved and suffered through.

This is only a short interview and unfortunately the full programme is no longer available on iPlayer, but it’s always good to hear riders talking so openly about their lives and how cycling has affected them.

HardTALK often brings enlightening interviews and this is not the first time cycling has featured. Here’s another video from a last August featuring David Millar talking about doping.

I like interviews like these and it’d be good to see more of these from current riders.

Fans need to see that cyclists are humans.
